what tutorial do you use?
i always have trouble puffing them up on the end

I don't use any tutorials....I like to use scrapbook paper because it is thicker and it is a little easier for me to puff up I cut the paper into 1cm (width) strips, then fold the paper around six times. Next, I use a pen to bend the sides. The more you make, the better you get I hope I helped a little

scrapbook paper =] It does hurt your fingers after a while though, so I would recommend using a pen to bend the sides..
