Finally watched HTTYD 2, despite this starting out as a doodle/spit paint I'm rather happy with it :')This is why I don't draw fanart, they never turn out looking like the actual character haha.
Quality is a bit iffy while my good laptop is in for repairs.
Drawing leather = no.

This is very nice and are really love how you painted the hair on this one! This looks like it was painted with a different brush then the hair in your more recent pictures. I think the reason this stands out to me is because you used a thicker brush and kept the hair in larger chunks. I imagine that part of that is because of the style Hiccup is actually rendered in (in the movie) but I really like that you kept it because it adds depth and volume to his hair. Having the thicker brushes really adds some weight to his hair and this particular brush has a really nice texture. You put in some nice highlights that emphasize some individual stands of hair but still allow us to focus on the overall shape, making it look very believable overall. Beautiful work! :]

I love the hair, it looks wonderfully naturally ruffled q: And the eyes are lovely too!
The face shading looks really nice as well. Has quite a natural feel to it.
