Finally got around to laying some colors on this piece.
Thought it'd be fun to do something Adventure Time. Really dig the show.Anyway, I can't take too much credit for the background since I pretty much digitally altered a background still from the show. But everything else is obviously all me. Though there is a tiny bit of a =TovioRogers influence with the background effects.
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Yea, I think the crystal sword is what caught my attention to want to draw the character in the first place. There's something very "80's morning cartoon" about it that I really dig. So I thought I'd have some fun with it.

Ugh! THAT BACKGROUND!!! It took sooo much tweaking so the character could stand out from it a bit. lol. But I think it worked out. Got to try out and learn some new things in the process.
