Do you just make the light sources out of yopur head? Because I was asking myslef what makes this looks so good? And the first thing that came to my mind were the great lighting that you have going on.

Well, of course the lighting was designated by Doug's pencils, but to enforce it and embellish I often look in the mirror and sometimes photo ref.

The guy with the glasses totally looks like Dan (from Watchmen); he's also known as Nite Owl II.
