Dear people who draw the Thing BADLY at Marvel comics (I'm looking at you, Mark Bagley, among many others). Please print out this picture and post it in a conspicuous place above your drawing board. Please note that A) the Thing does NOT have visible human teeth, and B) The Thing is not an orange Hulk with lines all over. His anatomy is distinctly non-human and blocky.

3 page ditto copy gotten from the Silvna national forest center in watermeets.It had a lot of
remote ones.

Thanks. It if wasn't for the commission I don't know if I'd have ever drawn the Thing. I always saw him as a difficult/complicated character to draw.

His work on the Thing is incredible, it is very difficult to see artists who develop a good result on top of this character.
