You don't wear flip flops with socks. You wear tabi with tabi socks, which are sewn so that the big toe is separate from the other toes (kind of like mittens). They're very comfortable. Some of my favorite socks to wear with regular shoes.

I love how you only concintrate on a small portion of the bride. There's a lot that can be missed when you gaze at a full picture.

We did not buy tabi. I do have a pair of Columbia Tabi ankle socks that I got at the Columbia store. I love 'em! Freaked out Mike's cousin when she saw them.

my sister bought a pair of socks just like that in Stockholm, Sweden, were they have put up an all Japanese clothing store
