yup.

getting better. autogenic training and help. but I'd prefer not to go to work tomorrow after 3 weeks holiday.

I wasn't familiar with autogenic training. Looks like a good program after reading up on it.

At home? I feel at home wherever I am. That's the advantage of moving every few years my entire life. Am I completely integrated? Nope, nor will I ever be. It's amazing how totally different two "western" cultures can be.

easier to learn and *very* effectice is PMR , especially in combination with physical training

if you want to give it a try, maybe you can find a mp3-file with the exercises. mine is in german...

could you describe some of the differences?
