Under the effects of Electric Terrain, Beach Bum’s mobility is greatly increased.

ELECTRIC - Electric Terrain (Egg move) : Beach Bum summons an electrical field that whirls around him in a 20 by 20 foot radius. It stays in the spot he activated it, but he and anyone else inside can freely move around it or leave it at any time. While inside the electrical field, the power of Electric type moves are increased, and grounded Masks are unable to be put to sleep. The electrical field dissipates after a couple of minutes.

PSYCHIC - Psyshock (TM) : Beach Bum unleashes a blast of psychic energy at the opponent, dealing damage based on the opponent’s defense stat.

ELECTRIC - Discharge (Pre-evo) : Beach Bum unleashes a flare of electricity that can damage up to two opponents near him. This move has a chance of paralyzing the targets.

NORMAL - Fake Out (Egg move) : Beach Bum surges forward with surprising speed, hitting the opponent and causing them to flinch for a couple of moments. This move only has effect once during a battle.

Beach Bum is the embodiment of Jessie’s party animal side. He is quite the hedonistic Mask, whose only interests are partying and having a good time! He is a very sociable and easygoing Mask who has no trouble getting along with other folks, and will even hang out with White Veils! Unlike Jessie and Scarecrow, Beach Bum has next to no interest in fighting, and will shrug off most insults and attitudes thrown at him. He just wants to chill out and vibe all day.

Being an Alolan Raichu, Beach Bum’s tail can float, so he can ride around on it like a surfboard! He is capable of floating a couple of feet off the ground, but any higher and he starts to lose control.

Don’t be fooled; Beach Bum may not be interested in fighting, but he WILL defend himself if given no other option. He is capable of fighting back with just as much tenacity as Jessie and Scarecrow, it’s just that he would prefer not to 99% of the time.
