Sunny got turned into a faerie The goldwing and moonglow potions created the dragonfly wings, and the sparkles. The ram potion added the tufts of hair, the horn, and the cloven hooves. With all of this magic she became very akin to a faerie. When the nightshade potion was given to her it backfired and turned her into a true fey creature, shrinking her in size and giving her a rather unpredictable attitude along with other magical powers. Her wings cannot support her in flight, even when she is tiny, but she can "fly" magically.
