The winner was not as good as yours IMO. I think they would have done better with your cover becuz it would sell more. It pops more than a lot of covers you see today.

I definitely prefer yours over theirs. But I guess they would save more ink with the winning one? And I don't see how there's strength in numbers.
Yours on the other hand, wow the colors are great. I love the different people, not eveyone looks the same. There's a lot of attitude going on in this, which is always nice. Plus it just simply stands out. Whatever it's their loss.

What site held this contest? HipHopGame.com? Damn, I didn't even see anything for that on their site.
But yeah, from looking at the winner of that I'm surprised you didn't win, man. Yours has that much needed flavor while the winner's is a bit plain but I can understand their idea behind it. It's just that yours has that same idea and just pushes it with your style.

Exactly, WTF? the winning album cover doesn't even stand out. I am not a DTP fan but if i'd seen your submission sitting on an store shelf i'd have at least pick it up and looked at it. SMH people are too afraid to be even just a little diff. Oh well maybe next time.

I agree 100 percent...Your artwork is miles beyond the winner. They probably won on the similarity to so many other album covers. Throw in some thug like imagery in B & W(chains) and photoshop it a bit. There's nothing even special or eye catching about the photo.

my dam kid!! hott!!..the winners is kinda busy and the colors are all dark and grunjii..this has a lot of people but u dont get lost at all..i do see this as a poster more than an actual cd cover though but thats just me..fantastic job nevertheless!

Yours is actually relevant to the album name, though, 'cause you got all those people hanging about. The chain... makes no sense. I, like everyone else, prefer yours.
