Description i have stuck this in the conceptual category, because of the title and the way the image made me feel once i completed it. This is my photo of the day for today, and is part of my PAD365 project, which i wont promise that i can do because life has gotten in the way every year for the last 4 years that i have tried doing this!

I am going to reshoot this with my 70-200! and really wipe off the dof! stay tuned!

I realize there is a DOF issue with the sheet music and flowers, it is intentional. Once i noticed the distorted music in the wine, i knew i had to pursue this, this way!

well, it was easily found music! I googled britney spears sheet music! and then just printed for the prop!

DOF is an acronym for DEPTH OF FIELD! DOF is simply how much of the foreground and background are in focus! In shallow DOF the subject is (or should be) in focus, and the foreground and back ground should fade to softeness or more or less out of focus. When you use a longer focal length the DOF compresses naturally, However you can use aperture control to increase or decrease to certain degree the depth! Wide apertures of 1.8 to about 4.5 produce the shallowest depths, and the smallest apertures of f-11 through f-16,22 produce a long depth of field! I hope this helps clear it up for ya! and thanks for the watch!

that is a Bob Ross moment! and when noticed them while exposing the image i actually changed my position to maximize that!

Thanks Tom! Hey, I am going to be in Louisa for a day or two this weekend! I am going to try and shoot some the industry just north of town! I am hoping to be able to capture the powerplant at night!

The distorted music in the wine captivated me...it reminded me how wonderful love can be...Warm and intricate...your image and love. Although I never did blame it on the alcohol...lol

Oh, I did! Even thought the love crashed and burned, the love of my life grew from it! Sometimes, even when he taketh away, he replaces in spades! I am of course referencing my Daughter here! Please don't think i am bitter! I am not.
