Okay, so the way I see this is, this is some dude named Martin, as the title says, aye? So he's dreaming right now. That blue thing in the background is a seashell dispenser, which showed up because he just went to the beach, and the seashells that are everywhere here represent his scattered thoughts. The fact that he's floating through a passage of mountains with arrows on them signifies that the next step of his journey involves dodging between obstacles. The fact that all of the seashells are on one side indicates that he's doing a lot of thinking about some potential problems but none about others.
