in one of his recent videos he said that he recently came out of a rough breakup
apparently the girl was cheating on him. so he isn't trying for a relationship right now
I cant remember what video so don't take my complete word on that

ive been cheated on so I know what its like.
and it was the first of the only two relationships ive been in

Yeah, that's an old scar from when he had his appendix (and a tumour) out before YouTube. There are a couple of really small scars from his recent surgery.
