Description This is the third piece in the series I'm making that focuses on highlighting the darkest parts of DDLC.
Why? Because while everyone seems to know that each character has a dark side, hardly anyone seems to understand how dark and messed up they are. I want to show what happens behind the scenes of the cutesy DDLC.

Here we have Sayori in all her glory.

To be frank, this image disappoints me, because I feel like it doesn't convey the emotion I wanted it to, and it doesn't show how hard it was on poor Sayori. I tried my best, however, and this is the outcome.

This perspective is great. I find this tbh way better thought of than most fanart I've seen flow in daily. It may technically not be on point just yet, but of course we're not proffessionals here often. It's great to see something different than ''this artists rendition of the four girls'' again or your typical edgy Yuri picture

Nope, this picture hit me real hard. The perspective is actually spot on, and the empty expression with which Sayori looks through the noose makes my chest hurt a little bit.

Come to speak of it, in general, people who exhibit a happy, optimistic and social exterior while actually having a dark and depressed interior have always made me feel pretty damn heavy. Sayori just took that feeling to a whole new level for me. Her initial vibrant personality grew on me really fast, hearing her revelation about her depression while playing the game has already made me feel bad, and seeing her suicide almost had me puke my heart out. Both this and the way her absence is treated in Act 2 overshadows any other thing in the game to me (in a psychological way).

Sayori quickly becoming my all-time favorite because of aforementioned reasons doesn't make this all better, but I can't help...
