What colours did you use for amaimon's and mephisto's hair?

Mephisto's hair is Aubergine, buttercup and Lilac.

Amaimon's hair is buttercup, leafgreen, then leafgreen on top of soft green.

Go for it! I don't use mine as often as I'd like to. I mainly colour things digitally now but I do go back to the good ol' promarkers every once in a while. I use them mainly for quickly colouring in small sketches and doodles when working out colour schemes for characters designs.

Yeah Copics are overrated >D And I really have spent so much money on promarkers and now i'm not using them. D: going to fix that soon.

How are Copics? I've never used them but a few people I know do.

Too expensive, and you really need to have many colours to have a good outcome. Like, for shading example.
But otherwise I guess they'd be pretty good. (i've never tested, but friend has some)

How much are they per pen?, Promarkers aren't that cheap, I get mine from hobby craft at £2.09 per pen. I but them individually though because selected packs aggrivate me >~<

I just layers my colours for shading, I really ought to change that .-.

...Here one promarker costs about.. 3,50e/pen. The packs aren't good because I already have half of the colours in them, lol.

I really should be braver and shade with different tones, but I'm afraid that it will fuck up the picture XD

I'm not sure on the exchange rate at the moment but that sounds about the same. Same here! Every pack has at least one pen in it that I already own -.-

I need to shade with different tones too, I tend to experiment with that more on digital paintings because it's easier to correct. If you don't want to fuck up a picture then you can trace it several times and experiment. Layout paper is good for that, it's lightweight and easy to trace through without a light box, it's also really smooth which is really good for promarkers :3 I'd suggest putting a sheet of normal paper under it though to catch any ink that seeps through the other side of the paper.

I tend to use pinks to shade sometimes as it makes the skin glow and appear to have more than just one solid colour.

Ah. Nowadays I use purplish colours for skin shading (when drawing with computer). I like when the characters are pale and that colour is about the only one to cope with it x_X With promarkers I usually do these colour dots and shade them like a ball to test the shadings.
And of course, something under the paper XD Promarkers tend to mess up everything. And go over thin edges when using copypaper as a drawing paper..

I occasionaly use purples, I need to test out colours to get different lighting effects too~
I love pale skinned characters. Paticularly Bakura and Dr Chiba from Paprika <3

I just scribbly a blotch of colour and then place colour down instead of lines.

they do don't they? but they're worth it <3 I always draw on layout paper....

Yeah. And I'm used to promarkers, so why change? I love using them and I really like the fact that you can get a smooooth marker colour out of them.
