Personally I'm a fan of neck muscles getting so big they start surrounding the characters head. But don't worry. Chéri isn't going to grow any more.

Good eye! I decided to give her a bob like hair cut. That way her hair isn't draped over her traps making her head look enlarged or elongated. I tried messing around with it but it didn't look right. I also didn't want to have them hanging from the front. It disrupts the view. :3

Interesting! Normally I'm not too fond of short haired girls but it works quite well with your style! Plus, now that I think about it, long hair would look a little bit weird flowing over her traps...

Believe me it didn't look right. I tried a number of ways to have her glorious locks flowing down her backside. It just looked... awkward.
