Great first cosplay, you pulled of Neji very well. My only advice (and this is my opinion and in no way saying you need to do this), wigs are much more versatile for cosplay. You're hair is the right colour and length, it's just hard to maintain throughout the day, a wig is easier and can do a WHOLE heap of craziness. Keep it in mind for the future
