Hylotl from the game Starbound! Please play it! This is a female Hylotl with the Aphotic armor set, wielding the blue artificial sun. They are an amphibious bi-pedal race you can play as on the game. (disclosure: do NOT let the artificial sun loose in your ship, all of your crew mates will die. And we all know steel bars do not grow on trees. >.>
