I understand that much from Battlefield, but the source images I used didn't agree with each other, and probably weren't high enough resolution to begin with. So this is currently a "polygon" sight.
(And again, gun virgin, but the leaf sight was a bit muchβ500 yards with a pistol? That sounds ambitious at best.)

Not quite a 1911, but looking at it now (and seeing as Browning designed both pistols), I see the resemblance.
I'm actually curious what real-world model Lara might prefer. I picked this seeing as it's the British Army's current sidearm.

Looks more like an FEG FP9 which is a Hungarian clone of a Browning Hi-Power.
The real Hi Powers and other clones have front cuts on the upper slide the FP9 does not. Here's some reference pics of the one I sold recently.

I really like the art, only the rear sight is wrong. Browning Hi-Power clones exist that look like this.

Yeah, the rear sight was kind of an ass-pull, and I'm also seeing different hammers.
