Description
Finally drew/designed a character I had idea for : Norman.

Norman is a powerful psychic with strong telekinesis, telepathy, psychometry and a bit of foresight.
R himself has told Norman that he is the most powerful psychic in the two worlds. With his immense power and potential, he has the ability to help others on a large-scale.
However, Norman while being a nice guy and helping wherever possible, is not eager to drop his current life to run around and devote his life to playing hero. This has caused R to mock him and call him selfish for not using his powers. While Norman is mentally strong enough to withstand and ignore R and become a failed psychic by becoming R's victim, he is still affected by it and carries his guilt.
To give in to R would mean he could have his powers taken away which he would gladly give up if it meant he could carry on and live a normal life of his own, but that would result in him also losing his mind, which would not help him achieve his goal. Thus currently he suffers with his guilt and continues to ignore R, helping his area as much as he can to alleviate the guilt of shutting out the thousands of signals and distress calls he senses and hears with his abilities.
