French macaroons are so much fun to make! They also require a lot of time, patience, and attention to detail. I have never had the pleasure of tasting a macaroon before, but I am sure I will sometime. This photo displays some of my very first macaroons. Sorry if I'm mistaken, but I've seen pictures of these before and people spell it macaron, not macaroon.
They look really good though- I sometimes make things out of polymer clay, and mine are nothing compared to yours!
