It just aired in Japan a few days ago. I'm not exactly sure what the exact episode is but I've seen nots of screencaps on tumblr.

Yeah they make a debut appearance somewhere but they also actually have actual speaking lines and even a pokemon battle between Cilian and Ash (they win). I cant remember the title exactly and I can even find the episode in youtube but I think the title is "Battle for the Underground up!" or something along those lines..
