'Nother OC, and with a bit of a redesign too! (Well, at least for non-Akatsuki purposes as she doubles as my Naruto/ Akatsuki OC.)

Ryuu Hoshi:
Age: (non-Akatsuki): 16 (Akatsuki): 18
Height: 6' 1" (loltall)
Weight: 142 lbs.
Bio (non-Naruto): Being a friend of Marisa , you'd expect some destructive behavior, but she manages to keep herself under control. She's really one of the smartest in her class. She did invent Nano and Stevie after all. Plus she planned the creation of the Nekoumori (Max and Pico aided in that process).
CNR is literally her number 1 stalker. He knows almost all there is to know about her. Summer gets all out jealous over this (but that's another story).
Ryuu isn't really her real name. Nobody knows what it really is. CNR predicts that it's one of the most beautiful names in the universe though.

Bio (Akatsuki): Ryuu absolutely hated the first six years of her life. About a year after she was born, her parents learned of a horrible dragon demon (originally 10-tails, until MK actually made a 10-tails) that hid within her soul. They never looked at her the same way again. Ryuu stayed in her home's garden (in Takigakure) as much as she could because when she stayed near her parents she would end up being hurt in some way.
One day when Ryuu (age 6) was sobbing in the garden, an Akatsuki member, Kakuzu, was taking a shortcut through there. He heard soft whimpering and stopped to see what had happened. Was it a trap? Was an enemy ninja nearby? He looked around the corner to see a little girl treating a large wound on her right calf.
Ryuu looked up and their eyes met. Fearing that he'd do to her what her parents had done for years, she tried to flee. However, due to the sharp pain of her wound, she fell and held her leg, trying to ease the pain, and tears began to roll down her face. He's here to kill me. My parents sent him to kill me. she thought.
Kakuzu slowly walked up to her. Ryuu backed away slightly until her back hit a tree. Don't hurt me. Please! She closed her eyes and waited for something to happen. After a minute, she opened one eye only to be surprised that he deep, long cut on her leg was stitched up and stopped bleeding. "M- Mister? Y-You fixed my cut?" She looked up at him, amazed that he didn't hurt her. He nodded. "But... but why?"
Kakuzu didn't answer. He had a look on his face that seemed as if not even he knew the reason. "I... I don't know," he replied. A few minutes of silence passed. "Well, I might as well be on my way then." He began to walk away.
Ryuu stood up and tried to run toward him, though her leg slowed her down. "Wait, Mister!" she called for him. He stopped and turned around. Ryuu ran into him and hugged him. Tears began to run down her face. "Y-You're the first person to have ever cared!" She let go, her childish blue eyes gazing up at him with joy.
"How ironic, I'm supposed to be the bad guy," he thought and let out a sigh. "I can tell that you don't like it here. Am I right?"
Ryuu looked down, "I don't like it here one bit."
"I can't believe I'm doing this but... Come with me. I know a better place where you'll be accepted."
"Y- you really mean it?!" Ryuu's face lit up with happiness.
Kakuzu began to walk away, "You coming or what?" Ryuu ran over the best she could and put her arms up. "Huh?"
"Shoulder ride!" she shouted cheerfully. Kakuzu lifter her up onto his shoulders. "Bye home!"

tl;dr: Ryuu's crappy childhood.
