, who has proven to be a delight to work with on multiple occasions by now, has once again provided a fantastic picture, and this time with a very pleasant background too! Very happy with how this came out.

The idea here is that this young woman has just moved to a new city for work, and is finding out the hard way that even the smallest of crimes are taken very seriously around here. Is this the same universe as Loitering ? Seems likely, although the punishment this time (as ridiculous as it is) isn't as extreme, yet the severity of the 'crime' is similar... I'm guessing she was let off with a 'warning' by one of the kinder authorities.
