thats exactly the time of the day (or night..well half..or hmhhhjja both) i like most when looking at pictures of buildings. great job on the contrast also. May i ask you how you took a picture of it without the whole building being darkened (I'm still new to this stuff)

yep - great time to be out taking photos (don't mind the exfil data it's set to the wrong timezone...)
as for the picture all you gotta do is mess with the exposure till ya get it right - in this case i went for something a bit longer than i would be comfortable with doing a hand held shot, but needed to get the building exposed properly. sky is overcast, so a little post-processing for contrast and black point brings it out a bit more.
