For I am really proud of how the design turned out on this (though I couldn't get the sequins to sparkle enough.I traced one of the steps in this 'how to' piece [link] for the parrot, at least the outside. I did the inner feathers myself.

Thank you! The hair on the women I based it on was actually braided to look like that but Vera's hair is so short she had to cheat a bit.
