Welcome to the Marion Hegemony, where some dude of Irish Descent apparently has a really big Julius Caesar fetish.

And hatred for basic human rights, is pro slavery and generally... like perfect Blakist Stooge material.... Except somehow they actually fought against the WoBs.. and their actual proxy the Circinius Federation.

Anyhow, being space poors with dreams of Empire, they gotta make use of what they can. And hey they also are allied (eventually) with House Liao, home of the remaining Urbanmech manufacture.

So while everyone else was maximizing Project Phoenix, the Marians opened a new branch to manufacture Urbanmechs, as fodder material. Is it canon? Uh.. duh, no. I mean look at the picture, none of these are canon.

Anyhow, the Marion Urbs were designed to be a defensive bastion for important installations, though a slow steady assault is also possible in a pinch. A very slow one, as it happens.

Based on the venerable r60, the AC10 is traded for an ammo independent Large Laser (GASP! No ROCKET LAUNCHER!!!!! How dare I???? Easy. I didn't like how it looked. Moving on). The left arm small laser is kept as is the all important 11th Single Heat Sink. Even the armor is identical. (though a few warriors tried trading in that 11th Heat Sink for Modular armor on the right leg. After realizing this left their machines completely immobile it was quickly abandoned)

But where did it change? While not immediately apparent, they decided to add arm actuators to their Urbz, a lower arm (not really visible, but allows for greater lateral firing arcs) and a full arm, based on the Javelin, hidden behind it's most obvious addition, a Large Shield, inspired by the Scutums of Rome. Mounted like a bayonet under the Large Laser is a Pilum-esque Mech Lance, providing a nasty surprise for forces that try to bull rush the line.

The downside of the massive shield? The already infamously immobile Urbz is now.. even moreso, with the machine capable of a mere 21 kph at "flank" speed. At least until they Jettison the shield. But man can they hold that line!

Gregarius Gregory is more than aware of the cruel jokes played upon him by the universe, and is in fact anything but gregarious, most times. He is aware his name alone makes bad puns, word plays and jokes at his expense in the MHAF inevitable, and is he equally aware of the terrible place the Hegemony is, and how terrible it's leaders are. He's even aware of how mediocre his nations official Pizza Chain is. But he is also pragmatic enough to know it's better to be the guy enforcing an unjust reign than to be one of those being crushed by it. And that he could be forced to eat at Dominos. Still he longs for the day where he can go MIA and join ANY other military, if for no other reason than to carry a rank that doesn't make him a daily walking joke with his coworkers. How to achieve that while piloting the slowest mech ever created is just one of the many problems he has yet to work out.
