I was so inspired after finish the Kayleen Valentine's Day card I also had to do one for Derek. Let me tell you, there's a lot of corny/great puns I would like to have illustrated, but then I settled for this one. Afterwards I realise it meant I had to draw guns, like ops, BUT Y'ALL!
I drew some goddamn guns and that from a blurry ass pic and then from some other refs, and even though they aren't perfect, I'm still happy with them.
Derek got some new clothes for this occasion, and some new guns as well. His other ones doesn't do that hehe.
I like how the shading came out in this one too. 8U But I still love Derek's face from the lineart stage more I think, hmmm

Your Valentine's Cards look pretty cool! I like the funny quotes you chose for them. SO Fitting for them! And Kayleen and Derek even come with new clothes that matches with each other like a real sweet couple. It would be awesome to see them both on one picture too!
Congratz for drawing guns! I could never draw a gun without refs and even with refs it's so difficult. I don't have enough clue of these Kind of weapons, to say if they turned out right, but I think they look very good!

XD Well, let see if his killer smile kills you first ;D I was going for flirty yet dangerous, so it's great you picked up on that. Like, only one of the guns have the little flag coming out....right now at least. Who wants to try the other one?? XD
Hehe, I found soooo many puns that I wanted to draw, so I have ammunition for the next year. Then I'll probably do Estevan. But I might also sketch Kayleen, Derek (and Estevan) together in their Valentine clothes since I really wanted to draw Estevan in a certain type of clothes. So that sounds like sketchdump-material!
I have very little clue on how guns are functioning and the sizing and different models, so it's very hard for me to draw as well. But I've gotten better at least haha. Just don't let a real history or gun buff look at my pics lol.
