This one was supposed to be the villain, but he'll hopefully be getting a new purpose?
Meh i have no clue honestly what I'll do with him, but for sure he'll be getting a light
makeover and a whole new background history. I still want Levi to be a villain, BUT
I'll have to think of a better purpose of him being an eeeeviiiilllll guy!
