for the record, this isnt a turtle.
Its a tortoise, tortoises can only be on land, and in your pic you can tell because of the huge scales on its legs. Turtles have smooth shells, much smoother legs and are characterized by living in the water. of corse some turtles are exceptions, but never are their shells or legs like that.
