Description
I've been seeing so much mlp stuff lately that it gave me the itch to redesign some of them using actual horse breeds as inspiration.

Here we have Rarity!
Rarity is based off of a Connemara pony. In this little world connemaras were a northern breed who lived in the crystal empire. This gives them a thicker coat, cloven hooves to navigate rocky terrain, and a more goat like horn. They also have a very shiny coat and mane.

Since Rarity idolizes high society she is very proud of her 'classic' unicorn features. When Twilight first arrives she is rather jealous of her being an actual classic looking unicorn.

I did attempt to give her some 1920's inspiration with her hair. Overall I had a lot of fun with this!
