The last ref really bothered me proportion and look wise. So I simplified and reworked all of it. I'm so much happier with the outcome of this ref and will be using it from now on

Jo is an artist who loves to take her time and soak in everything she can about an environment . Some people see her as being slow and lazy but she really is just very patient and observant. When push comes to shove, Jo will rollover. She does not like drama and will avoid as many confrontations as possible.

Jo loves to carve wood in her spare time.
