Why is everyone freaking out whether Star drank it or not, she seems too calm to have drank it. What they should be talking about is that Marco just screamed "THINK OF THE-". Might as well just screamed "I knocked-up your princess."

Honestly, it's that line, combined with the fact that the reason why they had to go through all the trouble of Marco needing to eat all the food, and then the question of what they were supposed to do about the mead, that makes me pretty sure that Star and Marco are just going to reveal their secret very soon. Though, I do think that they'll wait until after the feast, because I'd imagine they'd want to tell Moon and River in private first.

I have to admit, out of all the possible solutions to this problem that I could think of, this was not high on that list. So, major congratulations on surprising not only me, but probably the vast majority of the people who are reading this comic.
But, really, that was actually good thinking on Star's part - what she did gets the idea of the toast through without making it so either her or Marco having to actually drink any of it. It probably helps that - considering it's Star, and I'd imagine that even now she's known for not always sticking to tradition - most of the audience wouldn't find what she did too strange.
And her doing it pretty suddenly like that is a pretty sweet callback to earlier, when Marco just suddenly decided to eat her share of the food. Though, in her case, it's a bit of a mixed bag in regards to Marco, since I'm pretty sure his heart nearly stopped when it looked like she was actually going to drink from the horn. Guy was so worried that he very nearly blew their secret, and I'm sure that everyone who heard him is going to wonder what he was telling Star to think about. Yeah, at this point, I think I'm fairly certain that they're going to be sharing their news pretty soon.
On a more humorous note, I love both Moon and River here. Moon just kind of casually reminding Star to watch her sleeves while her daughter starts making her speech, and River completely misinterpreting Marco's reaction to it. It's like they're just used to Star doing things like this, and don't even react anymore. Though, I'm sure they'd have some reaction to her pouring the mead on herself.
