The leader of the pack who is also good friend of Papyrus who wants to be part of the pack. Undyne knew that's not meant for him so she tries to find a better purpose for him. She may be a vicious fighter but she has a kind heart.

Scales cover her eye socket which cannot be seen in this view.
She can also move around one land and survive out of the water with an extreme limit, the limit extends in a wetter and/or moister environment and shortens in a hotter and/or dryer environment.
