I wanted to do this pic a while, but I didn't have computer. This was inspered by Doctor Who: "A Christmas Carol" episode. I really liked that the fish swim between the clouds.
And why Derpy? Because I really like her. And she travel with Doctor Whooves.
I wanted to draw the Doctor to with the Tardis on a cloud, but it was tooo "unnatural", I think.
