A digital drawing. I was practicing doing a drawing in full digital and this came out. (It's not a vent btw my ref photo just looked like this)Related content

The use of cool colors helps to set the mood, and so does the rain. The raindrop on his nose adds to this mood, looking like tears. The way you made his tail pressed almost flat to the ground shows how wet he is from the rain, along with the rain dripping from his pelt. The way you made his fur almost "spikey"helps as well. The background has a nice use of grays and dark blues, and the grass was drawn excellently. Overall, this is a very moving and sad peice, great job!

Well if you want suggestions, rain is really thin and small. You got the right idea with the direction the rain was pouring, but it would look more realistic if you drew it with thin lines. That's my advice anyway!😊
