Yes, it has a completely different version of the same phrase and yes it uses red too, but it isn't STOLEN. Ours. Is. Different. PERIOD. The background scheme is completely different, the line is different, the colors aren't even the same (dark red and black grunge versus light red and white animated stripes...how are those the same???).
PS - The copyright to this "tagline" (is there even one for taglines that aren't in direct reference to a specific business?) doesn't belong to the other stamp owner either as it was used on a shirt in Hot Topic and numerous bumper stickers in reference to clowns and/or robots. We have used it to make a play on words involving stamps on DA. NOT THE SAME. Same is when you do something that's exactly the same. Twins are the same. Two photographs of the same tree at the same time of day are the same.
This isn't. Similar, yes. Same, no.

Alright, I just have a list of things to say: One, stop being so paranoid about other people trying to bash you. First off, he was apologizing, but apparently you're too scared that someone would say something about you stealing another concept/piece or whatever it is that you think he meant by that. Secondly, he admitted he made a mistake. Be gracious and say, "Ah, okay. No problem," instead of blowing up in his face for making the mistake. As a third point, I'd like to say that if he were truly trying to be sarcastic, he wouldn't have used 
Two, look at who started the sarcasm in the first place. If you were to go by your standards of "sarcasm, I can't help but assume that you were the first in the use of it. "Really? I couldn't find it." No faces, no detectable honest-to-God confusion. You may not be the type to use emotes, but from where I'm standing, that seems like an awfully sarcastic comment to me. I think you just had some stick up your butt from the get-go.
My final point is about your defense against his apology because he called you "fucktard" and such. (Oh, how I love name-calling.) Let me begin by saying that you, not he, were the first one to throw out names. You can't expect to call someone something without some kind of retribution on their part. You took an insult to him providing evidence for why he made the mistake as him trying to PROVE that you copied someone else's concept/colour-scheme instead of him just trying to tell you why he mistook your work for something else. Get your head out of your ass and grow a pair before you decide to lash out at random deviants who are just trying to beware of art thieves.

Secondly, the stamp he was referencing stole in complete a line from a shirt sold at Hot Topic stores year ago and added some lines to animate it. How is that your idea of original art? At least she had the decency to change the line and make a play on words relevant to DA.
ANd MY FINAL POINT (add bold HTML here because I'm too lazy to care as much as you): How many people STEAL logos and trademarked pictures of celebrities and TV show stills etc. to make stamps on HERE? Half of them?? You want to talk about thieves, why not talk about those people who are making "art" out of trademarked stuff??? Just because someone makes something similar to someone else on here doesn't mean they stole anything. That's just dumb. If every single thing admitted to DA was 100% original, there would be a finite amount of stuff on here and everything else would be out.
Go ahead. Type in tree or eye or girl. See how many things "look similar" or have similar color schemes. The original stamp he got so hot about looks NOTHING LIKE the one she put up here. The fact that you all care so much about this and not REAL theft on DA is about the most ironic joke of the day ever.

Seriously. I can't check all 80 billion stamps that are up to make sure none of mine are even remotely close to someone else's. I'd like to think I have more of a life than that, or, you know, more of a life than going into a random stranger's deviations and trying to find other things that are similar and then being a total jerk to a complete stranger on the Internets for no reason because I'm bored...you know, like that.
