It was the fan name for the pony on the right until a blind bag toy was released naming him as "Twilight Sky". Personally I still prefer the Bowie reference.

Hehe. He was Ziggy long before I started using a shot of him from the show as my icon. I'm still surprised he never became more popular in fan art, but I do love this piece.
