Really derpy chibi puppy... hopefully she's still recognizable! I was shocked to get Celeste as a SS, I've been a big fan of hers for a while and didn't want to do anything but my best work
Also my first time drawing a saluki in a whiiiile, though it doesn't really show xP Also the thing on her nose is a snowflake!Sorry for taking so long with this, ! I had an unfortunate personal issue come up during the holidays so I didn't get to finishing this till now. I hope you enjoy it

Celeste looks absolutely gorgeous! I don't know if it's the colors you used to shade, your style, or what, but she just looks so! incredibly beautiful! Her eyes! They are so icey and shocking! They looks so deep and mesmerizing!
The pink on her tummy is perfect! I can't even tell you! And the little white on her paw, you've just got the markings down wonderfully!
I adore the way her ears twist, and the slight ripple in her hair and tail, everything is so pristine! Also her scarf, the beautiful texture you've used and the colors are perfect!
The background and the circular shape of the canvas really add to the feel of this as well!

LOL IT IS SO CUTE. Your shading is very smooth and adds great atmosphere to the picture. Its also makes her fur flow which is perfect for her design.
