Just a question: why would the daughter of Grigori Raputin be a monster, if he was human?

Oh wait I didn't read your question correctly: You mean Afanasiya's mother? She wasn't a monster. But I did state some things in the description.

Maybe by a necromata? It is unknown.

I believe it would make more sense if she was a random girl Rasputin chose to resurect, and adopt after.

In your 'My Parent is justified' moment, you forgot one thing.
Those beings are all fictional. (Yes, I know witches are a gray area, but if the green skin wasn't a tipoff, they went for 'Wicked witch of the west' not Wiccans.)
Rasputin? Was an actual guy that lived. And from what I can gather, didn't have kids. Maybe it's because I like history and hold the actual Rasputin as one of the most interesting people in, like, ever, but I don't like characters that distort actual events.

And she can be considered a monster now, since she was resurrected from the dead *shrugs*

Rasputin did have kids, more than one.

Alright, I kinda forgot a portion of C.A. Cupid.
While her 'Parent' can be considered non-fictional, it's made clear she was adopted. Her real parents are 'Bone elementals'. Creatures that are fictional. (Heh... Covered my ass with talking about Mattel covering their ass. Ass-cover-ception!)
