Hmm... well... difficult to say. The title was an intuitive choice. For one the man, whose name I forgot, was quick to make that distinction: "I am Christian". Perhaps it's because Jerusalem is so close or because Christians are the underdogs that they feel it important to make themselves known... I don't know. Still piecing it together. The title is about identity and distinction I guess.
