I must say that I'm really fond of this entry. The best thing about her is that she is really looking like a saiyan. I mean Saiyan women should have muscles. Saiyaness without muscles are annoying me a little cause they look so far off the culture they were raised in.

Despite her power level, she look's very tough and very beautiful too.
i've seen alot of fan made saiyan's who would be perfect for the series of dbz but i never really expressed that though this time i am forced too because this is so awesome.
The detail is incredible and what you've done with her armor is a real nice touch, she really look's like she want's to fight[yeah, i know it's in their nature to want to fight, but there's something different about Pardess].
Her hair style is perfect and the scar's make her look even tougher but what i'm really impressed by is her hand's like, you know she's ready to fight and despite her low power level she's going to give everything she's got.
Unfortunetly there is one thing that seem's off to me, her face look's a little bit small but at the same time it look's ok, maybe you should do a quick sketch of her face and see how you can improve on that...
But with all do respect i'm not telling you how to draw your own picture's, it's just my opinion you know.
Seriously though, this is a pure work of art and let no one tell you any different, as far as i can tell you Pardess should be on dbz and that's the bottem line.^^
