You know, I've seen a lot of anthro things, but I saw this and before even reading the description I thought "Is that a weasel?" Ferret is close enough I suppose. My point is, you got the shape of the face and the rest of the anatomy (which is really well done, by the way) perfect. Good job!
The only critique I can really give is that maybe he's a little dark, or perhaps it's the background. It's almost difficult to make him out against that backdrop, something lighter would really make his colorful wardrobe and hair pop! I'll admit I really don't like the hair, but that's entirely an opinion and not at all a product of how it is drawn.

Thank you for the critique! I can see what you mean about the background, I don't know why I didn't catch that when I was colouring it. I might try to fix that at some point. His hair is a little bit of an acquired taste, but that's just his character.

His hand is just in a post-pose. His pinky would have been by his mouth and his head would have been more tilted if it took place a few seconds before. And I don't think I put anything by his pants pocket. O.o I think you're talking about the chains hanging out of his vest pocket. Because he's stylish.

They're generally attached to something like a watch or a wallet and help make everything look extra classy. He has three just for style.
