Sirens are distant relatives of SeaWings (derived from the same type of dragons before the Scorching)

BASIC INFO
Sirens are named after the way they communicate: through echolocation and trilling underwater, and making noise eerily above water that sounds like a song.
They cannot speak dragon and cannot breathe air.
Sirens can swim way faster than SeaWings, with even the slowest Sirens swimming nearly twice as fast as a normal SeaWing. They can speak with any creature that communicates by trilling/chirping (Dolphins) and echolocation/sound waves.

APPEARANCE
Sirens are smaller in size, smaller than SeaWings. Their light and small build, plus larger muscles for swimming makes them faster in water. Sirens have shorter snouts and longer, stronger, limbs and tails. Their colors range from the darkest shade of blue imaginable to a darker royal blue. The teardrop shaped floating things on their frills are bioluminescent, which should glow on a daily basis, without stopping. Older dragons tend to have dimmer drops, though sick dragons can have dim drops as will.
Sirens have webbed talons and webs on their forearms, legs, and the underside of a section of their tale.
All Sirens have a stinger in their tail tip, which has venom similar to eel venom.
Sirens also have ‘color’ changing scales. Their scales have bioluminescent blotches that seems like mist underneath their scales shifting around constantly. The ‘mist’ dims when they are sleeping. It moves around quick and fast when they are stressed, scared, or angry. It is usually shifting around slowly when they are asleep.
Sirens have a different ear shape than the other tribes, of unknown reason. Males have a frill behind their ear, like a RainWing’s frill but larger and sometimes bioluminescent.
Frills and webs tend to be a paler shade of the dragon’s scales, though underbellies are usually darker.
Sirens also have eyes with no whites, like SandWings. Their irises are usually white or colors close to white.
Sirens have smaller wings than any other dragon, which are not made for flying. In fact, they cannot fly at all. They can glide short distances though they prefer not to as it will make their scales dry. They have evolved to have smaller, weaker, lungs so they can only get small amounts of oxygen from the air. They have gills have work better than SeaWing gills.
Sirens also have extremely good eyesight, being able to see with practically no light as they live in deep trenches in deep places in the Sea and Ocean.
A siren’s bioluminescence is usually in any shade of teal, though usually bright and vibrant.

OTHER
Sirens often name their offspring after music, colors (usually deep shades of blue), gems(usually blue or teal gems), plants found in the deep, and creatures found in the deep. Onomatopoeia are also common name choices.
Common hobbies include reading, swimming close to shore and singing, and well, singing. They also love playing games and has a laid-back, relaxed, playful nature.

FUN FACT
sanpaku eyes are very common among Sirens! And roughly 20% of them are at least part albino.
