Blake reminds me of Molly Hayes from the Marvel comic series: The Runaways. She wore outfits similar to Blake, but the real selling point for me is Blake's hat. A pink, cat-eared toque was one of Molly's most common features. 

FYI: Molly is an 11 year old with Super-strength, she can lift 25-100 Tons. And she has a punch strong enough to stop a truck dead in it's tracks, or make Wolverine regret ever meeting her. Yang would be so proud of her.
