This is the progress so far--although I've changed the skull to grey since this picture today. I just couldn't get a decent shot of it.

I think I've put a month of actual building time into this so far--I mean a month worth of hours. It's evolving. I'm doing this as a solo project. Eventually there will be multiple dragons at the landing including some in battle. This one is landing on a castle battlement.
