Well I guess just messing around with the brush settings.  I havent really used Medibang so I don't know what all it can do.  But look at this to see if you can reproduce it www.mclelun.com/p/tutorial.htm…

When I used it I had the default ones and if I needed something I would create a new one and edit that one so I had a default one XD

I leave the default brushes on top so that I know not to touch those, I left a line of blanks to separate them from the edited ones XD
