Full view is not recommended? You should just size it down a little.

Anyway, i love how retro this looks, nice job blending in the layers as well.

I love this!!!!! Simple lines, nice textures, strong design, and I got the emotion immediately. Extremely artistic and efficient expression. Great imagery as usual...

as a dancer, i love this piece of artwork. the arch of the foot is amazingly beautiful while the barbed wire adds something of an urban touch to it. i can't really express exactly what i'm feeling about this picture (it probably has something to do with the fact that it's only 5:30 a.m. where i am right now) but, i can say that you've done a beautiful job with this one. kudos

thats a really nice one, great motive(although im NOT into feet, there are other parts that... ok, forget that ) looking at this, i cant help but think of black sabbath's "air dance"... oh god, my poor brain, always associating pictures with music...
anyways, keep up the good stuff!

it's stupidly great . I love how the foot is bent, and the brown toning gives such a nice nostalgic atmosphere to the whole piece

Dancer's feet - callused and driven to the very edge. I like the faded tattoos on her ankle, and the arrow - it seems almost like it's pushing the foot up by some unseen force.

This picture totally kicks and I love the pain aspect that comes to mind when you see the barbed wire. I wish I could write a more in-depth analysis of your picture like all the other commentors, but I just don't feel that imaginative right now. I think I used up all my imagination for one day. Anyways keep up the good work!!!!

this shows that pain and power....
well done...

This is beautiful. It seems as though she has to suffer for her dancing by the barbed wire around her ankle. And because it looks so balletic, I think ballet dancers could almost sympathyse with having to suffer for dancing sometimes.

I get that kind of softer, darker mood, like perhaps this is a dance that the dancer was not so willing to participate in. That's the kind of feeling I get from this one.

The image itself is quite soft to the eye and not as sharp, which gives the image more definition.

Good stuff.

This is really excellent, I didn't know a foot could be emotional like this. You've suceeded very well. I also think the arrow was a good choice to include, it really adds balance to the harsh arch of the foot. Well done.

It's got an old feel to it, and it looks like the foot is bound to the floor but I'm guessing it isn't, I like how you used the theme of dancers. Beautiful photo!

oh wow... great photo, and I love how the title matches the picture, hehe golden toes. But the toes being like that means that she has experience hehe. Golden toes as in talent, LOL anyway probably everyone figured that out. I love the colour too, though I don't know about that tattoo... hmm, I didn't think a balerina would have one, maybe it means something else, like... being trapped in being only able to dance. great work though, nice job

Yet another very stylish peice. The areas that have been pixleated seems a little odd at first but after looking at them for a while they seem to fit in. The barbedwire looks a little too imposed and towards the edges it vanishes. If you made the barbedwire on the legs look as though they were a tattoo or something i would have faved this without hesitation.

i really like the colors on this. i also like the texture of the background. the barb wire is a really nice touch, but i cant tell whether there are actually wires wrapping around the ankle or it's a tattoo or something. in either case, i think it's too blurred in that area. also, i noticed that part of the toe is texturized with the background. i just think this is a bit odd because some parts are slightly blurred while the foot itself is a clear, sharp image and details can be seen (like the creases/wrinkles(?) in the foot). still---> very nice piece *_*

Very interesting take to this. I enjoyed how this uses both actual photo, and the altered hand-drawn qualities. It's almost like mixing the worlds of imaginary and reality. Great work.
