First step in sceneries. Not very good in design, but still it is a nice try. I will continue practicing, doing arts for my little cyberpunk world. )
Underground is not a real underground you're probably thinking of, it is the Earth's surface, abandoned by people, but crowded with criminals, outlaws and everyone who didn't get a ticket to skycity platforms. ( that means they are pursued by a corporation, which owns such a platform). Band groups have their own territories, armies and bases. There is also no water, plants or life on the surface, so the bands attack the skycities from time to time to resupply. People, who are lucky to make it through the Execution, also join the bandits.

P.S. Photoshop contrast settings are killing meh... OH GAWD WHY IT IS LIGHTER HERE WHEN IN PS IT"S DARKER THEN HELLLL????
