I was working on my Life in the Abyss AU Sammy, but once again, my brain distracted itself. So I drew my interpretation of Frisk and Chara from Undertale.Why are their souls so close?
Cause I ship them. And if you don’t like a ship (and for some reason can’t ignore it) try to be civil in the comment section.
HOW!? How could you ship Frisk with that demon!?
There are two different interpretations of Chara I’ve seen. Either as a heartless killer or as an innocent. I’m in the innocent camp when it comes to Chara.
If Chara is a good person, why does she have a knife?
As child, that is a toy. In reality you can’t hurt people severely with it. As for the one on the bottom, she admires Undyne’s fighting spirit. So she begged Undyne to show her how to summon a weapon like her.
Genders?
I know some people have raised s***storms over the genders of characters, so I’m going to go ahead and say that in my interpretation, they are both female.

Im normally okay with whatever people ship, even if I dont know the franchise. And I think I'd end up being a bit hypricritcal if i had said no to this ship, but have a few gay shiipings for my ocs as well. So, you do what you do.
As for the Chara's innocent, i agree with you. MY personal theory is this:
Chara's intent was to die then fuse with Asriel to collect 6 more souls to free the monsters underground. Too bad they got murdered. But anyway, YOU as the player chose what frisk does, Chara's just stuck with you. Being a paficst gets what Chara wanted, freeing monsters, but killing them all makes her bad, because she watched YOU, so she thinks its okay as long as you get what you want. In this case, its power. Also, children are very impressional, so what ever choices you make choose the out come.

I like how you argument your interpretation of them, some people are just like “I DO THIS AND YOU SHUT UP ABOUT IT!” which isn’t the best of ideas in my opinion. Both the designs are pretty cool, and I like how flowers float (?) out of Chara’s knife, I think it fits her
And I love how Frisk looks so chill XD

Well, I love the designs, they’re cute and I really like their ship. But idc about their genders sooo...people can just call them whatever they want.
